You can attend an appointment via Telehealth from the comfort of your own home, All you need is access to internet and a device that has a camera and microphone (i.e. smart phone, tablet, or computer). Most common immigration evaluations :

1.Extreme hardship waiver & cancellation of removal

In these cases, you evaluate the US citizen or LPR (lawful permanent resident) to determine how they would be affected if their immigrant family member if not permitted to remain in the US.

2.Asylum, VAWA, U & T visas cases

Immigration Evaluations are all based on a traumatic experience. In these cases, you are evaluating individual to determine the effects that the trauma had on them.

WHO CAN COMPLETE IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS?

In general, most licensed mental health clinicians can complete most of these evaluations. 

• Your evaluation will consist of 15-25 comprehensive pages that address important questions about your case.
• We will stay in contact with you and your lawyer throughout the process to ensure your report is useful and accurate.
